The word “Vanguard” started as a military term. Originally “The Vanguard” referred to a subsection of the military that protected the troops, while they were spread out and marching from one safe/entrenched location to another.

STEP 1: Set up an Exchange Account
STEP 2: Start with an onboarding call
STEP 3: We use the information in your purchase contract and title report to create the Relinquished Property Exchange Agreement.
STEP 4: At closing, we provide compliance while accommodating the sale
STEP 5: Receive a ‘Proof of Funds (POF)’ letter
STEP 6: Locate Replacement Property
STEP 7: Submit 45 Day Identification Letter
STEP 8: Request Funds for Deposits
STEP 9: Execute the Replacement Property Exchange Agreement
STEP 10: Close on replacement property(ies)
